Career Development & Resource Clinic

Career decisions are central to people’s professional and personal lives. At the Career Development & Resource Clinic, we understand this. By fostering collaborative counselor-client relationships, incorporating theory-based assessments, and utilizing other resources at SIUC and beyond, our goal is to assist students who come with a variety of career-related issues.

We focus on three domains of a person's life that are relevant to career decisions

• knowledge about oneself
• knowledge about the work world
• understanding significant interpersonal components
